Quota Increase Terms

How buying additional images works within an existing contract: what changes, what stays the same, and how the talent is paid.

Last updated:July 21, 2026

These Terms govern a Quota Increase: the purchase of additional images within a licensing contract already in place between the Company and the Influencer on STARHASH.

They are general, standardized terms: they apply identically to every increase, with no case-by-case negotiation. They form part of the Terms of Use and of the licensing contract they refer to, and should be read together with them.

1. What a Quota Increase is

Every licensing contract sets the number of images the Company may generate with the Influencer. A Quota Increase raises that number within the same contract, without creating a new contract and without reopening negotiation.

The increase is offered at a single moment: when the Company attempts to produce more images than its quota allows. It is not a purchase available at any time: it is a one-off way out, offered right there, and the additional amount is calculated by the Platform as exactly what is missing to complete that production.

Each increase constitutes an amendment to the contract: it is recorded in the instrument itself, with date, quantity, amount, and the accepted version of these Terms. The original contract already provides for this possibility; that is what allows the increase to happen without renegotiation.

2. What does not change

A Quota Increase changes a single element of the contract: the number of images. The following remain untouched:

  • The contracted Influencer.
  • The agreed garments and, where applicable, those approved by the Influencer.
  • The contract term.
  • The per-image price set at the original contracting.
  • The rights, limits, and distribution channels already applicable to the contracted images.
  • The Influencer’s revenue share.

Increasing the quota does not extend the term. During the contract only additional images may be bought: time blocks and add-on services are not purchasable mid-term, only at the original contracting or at renewal, because they involve the Influencer’s availability and are decided within an approval window. If the contract has expired there is no increase: that is a renewal, which constitutes new contracting under its own instrument.

3. Price and charging

  • The amount is the number of additional images multiplied by the per-image price set in the original contract. An increase is never repriced at values set after contracting.
  • The charge is immediate and in full, at the time of purchase, through the Platform’s payment processor.
  • The additional quota is released only after payment is confirmed.
  • If payment is not completed, nothing in the contract changes: quota, term, and amount remain exactly as they were.

4. Influencer compensation

Every increase compensates the Influencer. Their share of the amount paid is calculated at the same percentage applicable to the original contract and is credited to their account in the same event in which payment is confirmed, with no manual step, and without waiting for the images to be used.

The Influencer is informed by email of each increase, with the quantity added and the amount credited to them. The notice is automatic and requires no action on their part.

5. Why no new Influencer acceptance is required

The Influencer’s consent concerns the scope of the use of their image: who contracts them, with which garments, for how long, and under which distribution limits. A Quota Increase touches none of these: it only raises the number of images within the scope they have already consented to, with proportional compensation.

That is why an increase is immediate and does not depend on a new statement from the Influencer. They are not consulted, but they are always informed: every increase automatically triggers an email to them. Any change of scope, term, or use conditions requires fresh consent and cannot be made through this instrument.

The Influencer retains the rights of revocation and objection, and all other safeguards set out in the licensing contract, in the Terms of Use, and in applicable law.

6. How acceptance happens and what we record

By confirming the purchase of additional images, the Company declares that it has read and accepted these Terms in the version then in force. Acceptance occurs through the act of purchase, with no separate confirmation step.

For each increase we permanently record, in non-editable form: the accepted version of these Terms, the identification of the user who confirmed the purchase, the date and time of acceptance, and the IP address and user agent used.

Future revisions of this document neither alter nor invalidate acceptances already recorded; each increase remains bound to the text that was in force when it was contracted.

7. Conditions and limits

A Quota Increase is available when, cumulatively:

  • The contract is in force, within its term and not terminated for any reason.
  • The Company keeps its account active, verified, and free of restrictions on the Platform.
  • The contract’s total images, including the increase, stay within the maximum per contract disclosed on the Platform.
  • Where the contract involves talent whose seal requires an active STARHASH subscription, that subscription remains active; an increase is contracting, and follows the same requirement as the original contracting.

If any of these conditions is not met, the Platform states the reason and points to the applicable path: reducing the intended production, activating the subscription, or entering into a new contract.

8. Quota consumption

  • Quota is consumed per image actually delivered. Attempts that fail due to a Platform error do not consume quota.
  • Additional images are generated and used under the same rules as the contract’s other images, including distribution channels and license term.
  • Images left unused by the end of the term follow whatever the licensing contract provides.

9. Refunds

A Quota Increase follows STARHASH’s Refund & Payments Policy. Images already generated correspond to a service rendered and consumed, and are non-refundable. Requests should be sent to [email protected] with the transaction details.

10. Contracts predating these Terms

Contracts entered into before this document was published may also be increased. In that case these Terms, accepted by the Company at the time of purchase, are the instrument governing the increase, and the Influencer is notified of the quantity added and the amount credited to them.

Item 2 still applies: no condition of the original contract changes beyond the number of images.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise this document at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, identified by its update date. Increases contracted before a revision remain governed by the version accepted at the time.
