Acceptable Use Policy

Because it handles realistic digital representations of people, STARHASH enforces strict rules to protect influencers’ identity, third-party rights, and the integrity of the ecosystem. Use the Platform responsibly, lawfully, and transparently.

You may only create and generate digital representations of yourself or of a person who has expressly authorized the use of their image for this purpose. It is strictly prohibited to:

• Upload photos or create representations of third parties without that person’s explicit, verifiable consent.
• Generate content that falsely attributes actions, statements, or endorsements to a real person (misleading deepfakes).
• Use the likeness of public figures, celebrities, or brands to suggest a nonexistent association, sponsorship, or endorsement.
• Create representations of minors, under any circumstances.

You may not create, upload, generate, or distribute through the Platform any content that:

• Is illegal or promotes unlawful activity.
• Exploits, sexualizes, or endangers children and adolescents: zero tolerance.
• Constitutes non-consensual sexual material, "deepfake pornography," or unauthorized disclosure of intimacy.
• Incites hatred, violence, discrimination, or harassment against people or groups.
• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights.
• Spreads disinformation likely to cause relevant harm (health, elections, public safety).
• Contains malware or aims to compromise systems and data.

• Do not present AI-generated content as a real photograph where this could materially mislead the public; disclose the nature of the content when required by law or the destination platform.
• Do not use Outputs to defraud, defame, extort, or harm third parties.
• Respect the rules of the platforms where the content is published.

• Do not attempt to bypass limits, quotas, safety filters, or billing mechanisms.
• Do not scrape, use unauthorized automated access, reverse engineer, or overload the systems.
• Do not resell, sublicense, or exploit the Platform beyond the use authorized in the Terms.
• Do not share credentials or allow improper access to your account.

If you identify misuse, particularly unauthorized use of your image, report it at [email protected]. We will investigate and take appropriate measures, which may include removing content and suspending accounts.

Violating this AUP may result in a warning, content removal, feature restriction, account suspension or termination without refund, and any applicable legal action. Serious cases may be reported to the competent authorities.
